Submitting a Support Ticket
The easiest way to get in touch with the support team is by submitting a support ticket from within the Dashboard.
Step 1:
Log into your Dashboard and click on the Support ticket icon in the left-hand menu.
Step 2:
Click on the ‘Create New Ticket’ button found to the top right of the screen. A modal window will open. Fill out the form with as much detail as you can and then press ‘Create Ticket’.
Step 3:
Go grab a coffee. We’ll get back to you asap no matter the time of day or night.
You can keep track of your support tickets from within the Dashboard. Previous Support tickets can be a useful resource if you experience similar issues in the future.
What if I can’t access my Dashboard?
Don’t worry! Please email support@pressidium.com (ideally from the email address associated with your account) and we’ll go from there.
